Baking Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday (except public holidays). 100% Rye breads are best left for at least 24 hours after baking before use. Slicing too soon will mean the centre may be too soft to cut cleanly. Our bakery also produces breads containing seeds and nuts. There may be traces of these in any of our products.
