The bran is removed from the grain to produce white rice. Once cooked, this rice becomes soft & moist & may cling together slightly. For best results, rinse & soak well prior to cooking. Approximately 1 cup uncooked rice will make 2.5 cups of cooked rice.
To cook - place 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of liquid, cover with lid, bring to the boil then simmer for 30-40mins.
