Angove Organic Merlot is dark purple and red in colour. The nose oozes of raspberry and plum and a complex palate of dark red fruits entices you to want to understand this organic wine on a far deeper level. American oak is used in the making of this organic wine displaying cinnamon and mocha. The tannin is young however should soften as time goes by giving you the rounder characters that Merlot has become renown for. These are wines as nature intended – pure and clean – crafted with just the gentlest touch from our winemakers.

Angove Family Winemakers is a proud South Australian wine company with a rich history dating back to 1886 when Dr William Thomas Angove arrived in South Australia from Cornwall, England with his wife and young family to establish a medical practice.
