Since 1995, we have been making apple cider vinegar (ACV) using whole certified biodynamic apple which slowly fermented and matured in wooden (oak) barrels. Our ACV is not filtered, heated or pasteurized and is made with live culture (mother) which is often seen as a sediment or membrane with the vinegar USES; Our vinegar has been used for a range of applications such as; a natural preservative, cleaner, disinfectant, energy drinks, flavoring, apart from many therapeutic applications used for man and animal.
