Organic Shoyu 250ml Pureharvest Organic Shoyu is an authentic soy sauce naturally brewed in the traditional Japanese way from whole organic soy beans. It produced by fermenting soy beans, water and salt with whole organic wheat. Our shoyu is a 100% organic product and contains no preservatives or chemicals. It is free of genetically modified organisms. Use our shoyu in your cooking wherever you would use a soy sauce product. This product contains organic whole soy beans, organic whole wheat, filtered water and a pinch of sea salt.
