Kefir A tangy cultured milk drink traditionally made in the Caucasus region of Russia. The name translates to “good feeling” or “pleasure”. The cultures used include a mix of Kefir cultures and probiotic cultures. It is pleasant to drink or use in a smoothie for breakfast.
