Description

Swedes have a strong, slightly earthy flavour that’s great for winter meals. They are usually round in shape, about the size of an orange. They have yellow-brown skin with a purple flush. Their flesh is yellow and quite dense in texture. Available all year round, swedes are good in soups and casseroles, or cooked in vegetable dishes.
